Ingredients

  • 1Mango
  • 5 tspOil
  • 1/2 spoonMustard seeds
  • 2 spoonsGroundnut
  • 1/2 spoonHing
  • 3Red chilli
  • 1 bunchCurry leaves
  • to tasteTable salt
  • 2 cupsCooked rice

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate 1 full mango

  2. 2

    Add mustard seeds to hot oil

  3. 3

    After it splutters add groundnut and fry it until it becomes crispy.

  4. 4

    Add red chillies, hing, curry leaves and salt.

  5. 5

    Add grated mango and saute for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add cooked rice and mix well.

  7. 7

    Serve with potato Fry.
