Preheat oven and grease baking pan

Sift flour with salt and baking powder set aside.

In another bowl, whisk egg and milk.

Gradually add the dry ingredients into the liquid and whisk till well combined.

Add carrots, raisins and cheese. Mix slowly, pour into a baking pan.

Bake for 20 min, serve with a hot tea and enjoy.
