Ingredients

1 1/2 cupswatermelon red flesh only, diced, approx 250g
1coconut water
5-6mint leaves to blend and some for garnish
1 TBSbasil seed
1lemon Juice

Steps

Put everything in a blender and blend until well broken up. Add squeeze of lime juice for freshness would also.Strain in to 2 glasses till half with a few ice cubes in each.

Add soda in the remaining half and garnish with some fresh mint leaves,basil seed and lime chunks
