  • 500 gmbittergourd slices
  • 1potato chopped
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspcarom
  • 1 tspred chilli
  • 2 tbspoil

    Heat oil add carom,fry potato and bittergourd
    Add spices and mix well
    Stir and cover it
    Keep cooking till 5 minutes and serve
