  2. 1potato chopped
  3. as per tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspturmeric
  5. 1 tspgaram masala
  6. 1 tspcarom
  7. 1 tspred chilli
  8. 2 tbspoil

    Heat oil add carom,fry potato and bittergourd
    Add spices and mix well
    Stir and cover it
    Keep cooking till 5 minutes and serve
