Steps

Soak daal or boil it for few minutes & grind it in a jar & keep aside.

Take flour in a kneading bowl add daal, seasonings, some oil, besan & knead it with water.

Dough should be firm.

Take out balls out of dough & roll it with some oil.

Heat some enough oil in a kadhai & deep fry these purries in oil until golden brown.

Serve hot with cholle or any other curry.
