2handfull of macaroni
Halfa tomato, cut into cubes
1carrot, peeled and cut into cubes
1 clovegarlic
Halfa large firm tofu, cut into cubes
Some water
Salt
Pepper
Chicken powder if needed

Add the water. Let it simmer.

Then add in the macaroni and carrot. Simmer until the macaroni a bit cooked.

Then add in the tomato and tofu.

Simmer. Add the seasonings.

Taste test. Cooked until everything is soft or until it suits your taste.

Serve.
