Ingredients

5 minutes
1 serving
  • 1egg
  • 1/4of a large firm tofu
  • Butter or oil for frying
  • Some salt

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat the butter in a pan.

  2. 2

    After it is melted, add in the tofu. Make a rough scramble.

  3. 3

    Then add in the egg. Mix together.

  4. 4

    Add some salt. Mix.

  5. 5

    Turn off the heat. Serve.
