Take a wide nonstick pan, add a cup of sugar, one cup of water, mix well and dissolve the sugar and boil it for 2 minutes

Now dissolve the corn flour with one and half cup of water, and pour the mixture to the sugar pan

Now keep on stir the pan with sugar, corn flour mixture, till the mixture turns transparent,

Now to the mixture, add cardamom powder, chopped nuts, food Colour, a pinch of salt, 1/4 cup of ghee, keep stirring the mixture

Once Halwa turns well and ghee oozes out, transfer the mixture to greased mould and allow it to cool, and cut into small cubes
