Ingredients

  • 200 gRipe Mango pulp
  • 100 graw mango
  • 250 gSugar
  • 400 mlWater

Steps

30mins+2hour
  1. 1

    In a deep pan put Ripe Mango, raw mango, sugar and 2 cup water

    Boil for 10 to 15 mins

    Cool for 20 mins then blend it in a blender, make fine puree

    Strain the mango puree in strainer

    Add rest amount of cold water, mix it well

    Freeze for 2 hours, serve chilled
