Baked Kofta in a Pan (Diet Version)

Spread 1 pound of kofta in a baking pan and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of kofta spice. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes, as we don't want it fully cooked.

Add sliced potatoes and tomatoes on top, followed by sliced onion rings.

In a pitcher, mix 4 cups of water with tomato paste and beef bouillon cube until dissolved, then pour over the pan.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 320°F (160°C) until cooked through. You can serve it with 3/4 cup of brown rice.
