Knafeh na'ameh (traditional palestinian recipe)

Break vermicelli into small pieces. Add milk mixed with sugar and melted butter. Mix well and partition it into two parts.

Grease an oven proof vessel with Butter. Add little colour to it. Layer it with one part of vermicelli mix. Then cheese, then fresh cream. You can also add panneer.

Then again with the second part of vermicelli mix. Bake at 250 Deg for 40 mins

Take it and flip it in a plate.Add sugar syrup and garnish with pistachios.

Sugar syrup....Add all ingredients, let it boil. Then leave it in SIM for 5 mins. Then switch off.

Cinnamon powder is optional.
