Ingredients

  • 150 gmpaneer cube
  • 2onion big size long slices cut
  • 2tomatoes puree
  • 1capsicum long slices cut
  • 1 table spooncream
  • 1/2 table spoonCurd
  • 1 table spoonsoya sauce
  • as neededSalt
  • as neededOil
  • as neededKashmir lal mirch powder
  • 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 1 tbspPaneer masala powder
  • as neededButter
  • as neededsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil cumin seed crackle add onion, capsicum when little Brown vegetable add butter

  2. 2

    When oil left add all spices and mix well

  3. 3

    Add cream and soya sauce

  4. 4

    And last add curd after 5 minutes add paneer and vegetable ready

  5. 5

    Garnish with green chilii.
