Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kg chopped bitter gourd
  2. 1onion and tomato
  3. 1/2 spoonred chilli,coriander,turmeric powder
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 1 tbsp mustard oil
  6. 4 to 5Some pieces of garlic
  7. 1 tsp cumin

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take pan then mix in it mustard oil

  2. 2

    Then mix chopped onion,tomato,garlic

  3. 3

    Then mix bitter gourd on low flame and leave it for 2 min

  4. 4

    Then mix all spices on it..leave it for 5 min on low with cover of kadai

  5. 5

    Your dish ready to eat with chapati or parantha
