Prepare your ingredients

To the sufuria add cooking oil and saute the onions then add the chopped tomatoes

Add a 1/4 a cup of water to the mixture then sprinkle some salt and ground pepper and allow it to boil for some minutes then add the fish

After cooking for some minute,add some chopped coriander spreading in the stew then remove

Serve with ugali and enjoy.
