Ingredients

  1. For muthiya:-
  2. 1 cupbengal gram flour (besan)
  3. 1 cupwheat flour
  4. 1 cupcooked leftover rice
  5. 2 tbspCurd
  6. 1/2 tspSoda
  7. 2teasp. Oil
  8. 1teasp. Ginger chilli paste
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  11. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  12. 1 tspCoriander powder
  13. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  14. 1teasp. Sugar
  15. For tempering:-
  16. 7-8currey leaves
  17. 1dry red chilli
  18. 1green chilli
  19. 1 tbspSesame seeds
  20. 2 tbspOil
  21. 1/4th tsp Mustard seeds, cumin seeds
  22. 1 pinchasafoetida
  23. to tasteSugar, salt
  24. 1/4th tsp Turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredient of muthiya and make shape of muthiya and place it in a oil greased plate.

    Steam the muthiya for about 10-15 min. Or untill it cook after it cool cut it into small pieces.

    Now take a pan put oil and then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli, green chilli, asafoetida, Currey leaves then add sesame seeds after it starts crackling add muthiya pieces then add all the left ingredients. Mix well and serve hot.
