Ingredients

  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupsuji / semolina
  • as per tastesalt
  • 1 tspfennel
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tspginger
  • as neededoil for fry
  • as per needred chilli or green chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    First mix all thing and make a semi thick batter to make balls easily

  2. 2

    Now heat oil and deep fry by making a ball and fry untill brown.
