These ultra-healthy & super-tasty crispy sweet potato chips go well with steaks, burgers, ribs, chicken wings etc.
Steps

Peel sweet potatoes & chop into 1cm thick chips.

Add olive oil to large bowl, add the chips & toss until fully coated.

Add spices & corn flour to spice grinder and grind to a powder.

Pour spice mix over chips & mix until fully coated.
The cornflour helps turn them crispy. - 5
Cook in an air dryer at 200°C for 45 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.

Serve as a side with any meal.
