Steps
- 1
Soak washed chana dal overnight
- 2
In a cooker or in a non stick kadai add soaked dal with milk and two cardamom pods lets it cook well. Then grind into paste. Prepare sugar and 2 more cardamom powder in a mixer jar.
- 3
In a pan add the dal paste and stir continously in a medium to low flame for 10min then add sugar podwer and half of the dry fruits and add kewra water. When the colour changes take it out in a greased plate and flatten it and add remaining dry fruits and cut into your desired shape and it's done.

Tip: if adding milk store it in fridge. And if you want to carry this while travelling then use water while cooking it stays well..
