Ingredients

15 minutes

1 person

1 cupleftover steamed rice
3 tbspcoarse wheat flour
1/4 cupfinely chopped coriander
3finely chopped green chillies
1/4 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1 tspoil
to tasteSalt
As neededOil for shallow frying
as neededChat masala for sprinkle

Mix all ingredients and prepared dough.

Now make tikkis out of it. Shallow fry it from both side, till it become crispy.

Sprinkle chat masala & serve hot with chutney, ketchup or tea-coffee.
