This is the recipe I tried when i was in grade 8 and everyone loved it and appreciated me for creating such an easy way to make these.#cookpadramadan

In a mixing bowl, combine in all your spices i.e: Lal mirch powder, garam masala, Namak, Tikka masala and grinded bhunnay channay+khashkhash. Then give them a good mix.

To the spice mixture add in your lemon juice, adrak lehsan paste, dahi and vegetable oil. Then mix them until well combined

To the prepared mixture, add your boneless chicken cubes (bite size). Mix them properly and marinate the chicken for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

After 1 hour, adjust your chicken on wooden skewers. Bake them at 180c for 10 to 15 minutes or grill with coal smoak until done.

Delicious and yummy chicken tikka sticks are ready. Serve them with parathas, pooris or naans along with chutneys and salad.
