Ingredients

  1. 900 gmschicken
  2. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  3. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  4. 200 mlcurd
  5. 100 mlwater
  6. as required Thin strips of ginger
  7. 4green chillies with a cut from centre
  8. 1/4 tspchicken masala powder
  9. 1/4 tspdry mango powder
  10. 5 tbspoil
  11. 15 mlvinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a kadhai and add oil. Then add chicken pieces to it and fry until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Then add curd and water together

  3. 3

    Then add all the left ingredients and stir it continuously

  4. 4

    Serve in a plate by adding some coriander leaves and for more taste add thin strips of dried coconut

  5. 5

    When chicken starts to hold the kadhai or when it becomes semi dry, switch off the gas
