First wash the red chillies and keep it for sun dry for 2-3 hours.

Heat the pan roast all dry spices one by one

Take mixie jar add all roast spices grind it then add garlic again grind it

Then take red chilli cut one side from the centre

Heat the oil then cool it down

Take out the grind mixer in a bowl add salt,amchur powder,turmeric powder, red chilli powder and half oil mix it well altogether

Then mixed spiced stuff in a center of red chilli

Then place in a glass jar container add remaining oil

Store 2-3 day under sun dry

Then you enjoy this red chilli pickle
