Ingredients

  • 5large yellow or red potatoes
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 teaspoongarlic
  • 3 tablespoonchopped fresh herbs(rosemary, thyme, parsley)
  • 1/2 teaspoonpaprika
  • To tastesalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 190 degrees

  2. 2

    Peel potatoes and dice them into 1 inch cube

  3. 3

    Soak potato in cold water for 1 hour so as to remove starch. Drain and dry potatoes.

  4. 4

    Toss potatoes olive oil, herbs and seasoning

    Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until browned and tender
