Ingredients

  1. 5-6potatoes
  2. 1/2 cupPanner grated/crumbled
  3. 3big Capsicum/bellpeppers
  4. 10nion chopped
  5. 2chillies chopped
  6. 1/2 tspChilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspjeera powder
  10. 1/2garam masala
  11. 2-3 spoonsbread crumbs
  12. As requiredCoriander leaves chopped
  13. To tasteSalt
  14. As requiredOil

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl,take boiled and mashed potatoes,Paneer,onions and all the spices, bread crumbs,Coriander leaves and salt,mix well.

    Take Capsicum,cut the top portion and remove the inner part and make hollow.

  3. 3

    Fill the capsicum with the potatoes mixture,gently press.make sure it is filled completely.

    Now cut the capsicum into 1 inch round circles using a sharp knife.

    In a pan, shallow fry with oil.flip over and cook both the sides until they turn brown.

    Serve with tomato ketchup.
