  • Bunchspinach
  • Bunchmanagu
  • 2onions
  • 3tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Fresh cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean and cut the vegetables thinly.

  2. 2

    Fry onions in a sufuria until browned lightly.

  3. 3

    Add in the tomatoes and cook until mushy.

  4. 4

    Add in the greens and stir well. Salt to taste and stir again.

  5. 5

    Let them cook through, the add cream and let simmer for a few minutes.

  6. 6

    Enjoy with ugali.
