Smockey shezwan cutlet

#RAMADAN SPECIAL
First of all, I love just smockey flavour , so I decide to make something that would like to eat ,, so I try to do some experiment in this recipe...and finally me and my family amazed for the taste ..and everybody love it...I cook this cutlet in dawat... So it's big experiment to like or not ...but Alhamdulillah all the mehaman like and love this cutlet and recipe...

Steps

Boil potato with some water and salt.. whistle it... Peel it and messed it. And keep aside..

Boil chicken with 1 cup water, 1tsp oil, 1-2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, salt,2 tbsp of chicken tikka masala..whistle it...take rest for 5 to 10 min...after divide chicken and little bit of chicken masala..

Do rehsas of the chicken...and keep aside

In a cooker some masala are remain...in this masala now add soya sauce, chilli sauce, sehzwan chutney, cumin powder, garam masala powder, lemon, and salt as per taste, mix it very well.

Cook this masala for 2 min.

Now add chicken into it..and mix very well again...cook till water completely burn..turn off the flame...now give smocky flavour by coal..

In a bowl add Messed potato, above thick chicken gravy, some coriander leaves, mix it well.

Now shape like cutlet,. After dip cutlet into a thick corn flour slurry, after dip into a bread crumbs,, take rest for 5-10 min

For fry :- heat the oil in a pan.and fry till cutlet become golden brown..

Serve it hot, with tomato sauce,, really believe it awesome taste..
