Ingredients

  1. 300 gself rising
  2. 125 gbb
  3. 3eggs
  4. 3/4 cupsugar
  5. Lemon juice n lemon zest
  6. Vanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180.in a bowl Cream together sugar n Margarine until smooth.

  2. 2

    Beat in eggs n vanilla essence then blend in flour.

  3. 3

    Add in lemon juice then after mixing u can then add in the zest.

  4. 4

    Grease your baking tin then bake @ 180 for 15 to 25min.enjoy
