Sesame Oat Bars

This is my Thesis project and I made this bars for those people who have high cholesterol issues & high blood pressure issues. These bars make good cholesterol and maintain blood pressure level in your body. It also have high amount of calcium because Use Black sesami seed in this recipes which have more calcium then white once. I use brown jaggery which us a natural sugar.All the ingredients accept jaggery can made good cholestrol and maintain BP. You can eat this in suhoor , ifftar time and after meals as sweet snack to fulfill your sugar cravings.

Steps

Measure all the ingredients this make base of bars

You can add one ingredients from them or use all these ingredients

Roast all the ingredients on low flame in the pan

Melt the jaggery and add 3 to 4 Tablespoon of water in it. You can increase the amount of jaggery as sweeten the more.

Add oats and sesami seeds in jaggery

I make 3 different treatments you can put all these in one mixture and increase the amount if jaggery.

Place the mixture on baking try and flatten the mixture and rest for 1 hour cut this into a shape of bar.
