Heat a pan melt butter add maida and saute for 1 mins then add milk whisk well and cook untill thicks.

Boil and shredd the chicken add to the veggies and salt + cumin powder + black pepper powder + garam masala powder + green chilli + coriander leaves + thick white sauce + Malai + mashed potato and mix well.

Make kababs of equal size roll in bread crumbs then whisk egg dip kababs in egg and fry in hot oil.
