Ingredients

  • 2 litreMilk
  • to tasteSugar
  • 6 tbspVanilla Custard Powder
  • 1/2 cupChocolate chip
  • 1/2 cupNuts or as many as u like (almond, pistachio & cashew)
  • 1 cupColored Vermicelli (boiled)
  • 1-1/2big tin/can Fruit cocktail
  • 1 packetGreen Jelly
  • 1 packetRed Jelly
  • 200 mlCream pack

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly made jelly with half ratio of water as mentioned on box (to get more firm). Refrigerate for chilling

    Prepare custard, in a pan boil milk with sugar then add custard mixture (mix custard powder in 1/2 cup of cold milk). Keep stirring until u get ur desired thickness. Set aside.

    When completely cool add cream, boiled vermicelli,nuts, fruit cocktail (don’t add it’s juice)

    Garnish with jelly. (Small msg through presentation, please plant some trees. They only don’t look good but also beneficial for us & future generations)

  5. 5

    Keep refrigerated. More chill more tasty
