Finely chop the garlic onion and yellow pepper

Chop tomatoes and prepare to cook all ingredients.

Fry onions and garlic untill onions become clear. Add tomatoes and saute for another minute. Add the six eggs and stir to scramble as you cook.

Serve hot on Arepas and add a slice of cheese🤗
