Wash your rice for tuwo and soak it..i usually soak for 4 hours, make sure you remove any dirts in the rice including the small stones..

Then grind your rice into paste

Cook your one handfull rice,like your making tuwo..

I usually sieve the paste with rariya to remove dirt from engine and something the paste doesnt use to be smooth, after sieving add your cooked rice to the paste.

Add your yeast and baking powder and close..When rised,add small sugar and a pinch of salt to taste, cut your onions into small pieces and add..

Bring you tanda and put it on fire, add small oil and leave the tanda to be hot, then pour your paste and leave one side to fry, then turn the other side..

Your masa is ready, serve with any soup of your choice..but preferably taushe or egusi..Thanks
