  • Salt
  • Ginger

  • Curry
  • Vegetable oil for frying

    Season and boil the mackerel fish with all e ingredients listed above.

  2. 2

    Boil for just 5minutes.place a dry frying pan on fire,pour in vegetable oil and allow it to heat up then fry the boiled fish.
