Ingredients

  • 310 gFlour
  • 16 gunsweetened cocoa
  • 5 gbaking soda
  • 220 gvegetable oil
  • 1 cupmaziwa mala+2tsp of red food colour
  • 5gSalt
  • 113 gunsalted butter/magerine
  • 300 gsugar
  • 5 mlwhite vinegar
  • 5 gvanilla essence (optional)
  • 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat ur oven, for jiko oven, light it up 10 min prior baking

    Sieve flour+cocoa+baking soda+salt together,set aside,then cream butter+sugar till well combined add egg one by one

    Add vegetable oil beat until oil is incorporated into the creamy mixture

  4. 4

    Add white vinegar and essence and beat

  5. 5

    Mix mala+food colour then add to ur mixture

  6. 6

    Now add your sieved dry ingredients, little by little until well mixed in the mixture, put bater into the baking tin, bake for 30 min,
