Ingredients

4 - 6 servings
  1. 100 gpudding rice or risotto rice
  2. 400 mlcoconut milk. Alternatively use regular milk with dash of vanilla essence
  3. 300 mlmilk
  4. 50 gsugar
  5. Knobbutter
  6. Grated nutmeg

Steps

  1. 1

    Gather ingredients. Heat oven to 150 degrees (low heat).

    Add all ingredients to an ovenproof dish and stir well.

    Bake for 2 hours

    If too thick for your taste then stir in extra milk. Also add fresh fruit topping for extra flavour.
