Ingredients

  • Perboiled noodles
  • Eggs
  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped bell pepes
  • Cocumber
  • Spices
  • Hot pepe sos
  • Soy sos

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add 2 spoons of butter, add 4 eggs, don't turn until egg white starts cooking, add salt and spices

  2. 2

    Turn gently and scrambled d eggs, add other ingredients turn and allow to simmer for 6 mins

  3. 3

    Add perboiled noodles and turn until all mixed up

  4. 4

    Add soy sos and hot sos aloww to simmer for 5 minutes
