Chicken Karhai
This is my mom's recipe...Yummy and delicious.
Steps

Take a pan and put oil in it and leave it to warm up.

Then put chicken in it and fry it nicely

When you see the chicken is brown take it out from the pan.

Take 6 to 7 cloves of garlic and 1 and 1/2 inch of ginger and cut it in long shape.

Put half amount of ginger and garlic in a pan and fry it.

And then take 1/2 kg of tomatoes and cut them in small pieces and add them in the pan and fry them.

Then add a little bit of water in it.

Then add 2 teaspoon of chopped red chilli and 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of salt in it and close the pan.

Then open it and fry it nicely and then add chicken in it.

Then add 1 cup of yogurt in it and close the pan

After a few minutes open the pan and add 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds in it.

Then take 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and fry it in another pan nicely and then crush them in powder form.

And then add it in the pan in which chicken is being prepared and then fry it nicely.

And as you add cumin powder in the pan you will add 1 teaspoon of black cardamom and 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seed in it and then a little amount of coriander leaves.

Then add 5 to 6 green peppers (ہری مرچیں) which should be cut in long shape and add in it and close the pan.

After a few minutes open the pan and add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and 1 teaspoon of black cardamom and a little amount of coriander leaves and the remaining cloves of garlic and the remaining ginger in it and then let it finish cooking on low flame.
