Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmaida
  2. 1/2 cupcondensed milk
  3. 100 gmsmelted butter
  4. 1 teaspoonbaking powader
  5. 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  6. 1/2 cupfresh watermelon juice
  7. 1 cupwhipped cream
  8. 1/2 cupglazing gel
  9. 1 tea spoonred,green food colour
  10. 2 teaspoonwatermelon essence
  11. 10 gmsdark chocolate

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl and sieve the dry ingredients and keep a side.

    Prepare a fresh watermeln juice and pour to dry mixture and mix to cut and fold method.now add condence milk and essence mix gently.

    Take a 6inch mould gease with butter and dust the flour.

    Now pour the batter in mould and bake 180• to 30-35minutes.cake base is ready.keep a side atleast to cool it.

    Take a bowl add heavy cream and wayermelon essence and beat it become soft peaks.whipped cream is ready.

    Take a two parts on glazing gel.i used nutral gel and add red or green colour mix well.

    Cut the cake base and cut in two layers and apply the watermelon juice to cake become soft and moist.now apply the whipped cream in all cover the sides.

    Now cut it from the cream the give the watermelon shape.

    Put green glaze on sides and red glaze on center spread nicely.

    Melt the dark compound chocolate and dots of like watermelon seeds.

    Delicous fresh watermelon cake is ready.
