Turtle beans (njahi) with potatoes and matoke

Peal the bananas and the potatoes and cut into two halves

Chop onion in a cooking pot

Add enough oil and fry to golden brown colour

Add your finely chopped tomatoes and let simmer for 2mnts

Now add banana/ potatoes

Simmer for about 2mnts and add the turtle beans

Simmer for 4mnts while sterling.

Add water to cover the level of everything in the pot

Cover and let cook in a medium heat

Serve while hot with rice or chapatia
