Arrange the biscuits in a plate.Pour the curd in a muslin cloth and squeeze out the water completely.

Hang it for sometime to remove moisture completely.Beat the hung curd to a smooth paste.

Add little salt,chaat masala,black pepper powder and garlic powder and mix well.Chill.

Smear cheese spread on the biscuits.Top it with hung curd mixture.Deseed and chop tomatoes finely.

Place a slice of tomato on top.Garnish with chopped parsley or coriander and serve immediately.
