  1. 3Hard boiled eggs
  2. 2 tbspCurd
  3. 3-4Cashew nuts
  4. 1 tbspPoppy seeds
  5. 1Fried onion
  6. 3-4Cloves
  7. 1Green cardamom
  8. 1 inch stickCinnamon
  9. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  10. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  11. 2 tbspTomato puree
  12. 1 tspCoriander powder
  13. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  14. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 4 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak poppy seeds and cashewnuts for an hour.

  2. 2

    Make a paste of poppy seeds,cashew nuts and fried onion.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan and fry the boiled eggs and remove it.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in the same pan.

  5. 5

    Add cumin seeds,cloves,cardamom powder,cinnamon to crackle

  6. 6

    Add ginger garlic paste,tomato puree,coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and mix it well.

    Add curd and saute for 4 - 5 mins..

    Add blended paste and salt and mix well.

  9. 9

    Add half cup of water and bring to boil.

  10. 10

    Add boiled and fried eggs and mix well.

  11. 11

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with fried rice,raita,chapatis and salad
