Ingredients

  1. 1 packagebread any kind
  2. 2small tomatoes
  3. 2small boiled potatoes
  4. 3cucumbers mini
  5. 1beetroot steamed
  6. 1bell pepper
  7. Chaat Masala
  8. 1/2 cupGreen chutney
  9. 1/2 cupMozzarella cheese
  10. Ketchup up to serve

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare the veggies for sandwich. Boil the potatoes. Cut the veggies in slices. You can cut the beetroot without steaming as well.

    You can prepare chutney in meantime. For chutney take cilantro, mint, peanut, salt, ginger and chili, black salt, fine sev, lemon juice and pinch of sugar. Blend this by adding ice cubes.

    First take the bread slices apply butter on it. Then apply green chutney. Layer with boiled potatoes and cucumber. Sprinkle some chaat masala.

    Cover with another layer of butter spreaded bread. Top with tomatoes, beet root and green pepper and sprinkle some masala.

    Add cheese and cover with another slice of bread and apply butter on top. Grill it until it turned out golden brown.

    Take it out! Cut it and serve with ketchup and side of chips.
