Pour can of diced tomatoes into small sauce pan. Let simmer while preparing your bread, stirring occasionally.

Cut 2 pieces of bread (I use the heals) into small chunks like in the picture. Add bread to tomatoes and stir until all bread is coated.

Add sugar, salt & pepper. Mix well and serve immediately.
