  • 4-5Cabbage leaves
  • 2Onion
  • salt
  • blackpepper 1 tsp or as required
  • 1 tbspSoyasauce
  • 1egg
  • bread crumbs as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Potatoes boil kr k mash krlein.

  2. 2

    Cabbage or onion ko bhi boil kr k mash krlein.(Note:Boil krtay waqt 1 cup pani use krien or complete pani dry honay dein).

  3. 3

    Boil onion or cabbage ko mash krlein.

  4. 4

    Mashed potatoes,cabbage and onion mea salt black pepper powder or soya sauce add kr k mix krien.

  5. 5

    Cutlets shape dein.
