Fried njahi (black beans)
Steps

Grate carrot, capsicum,garlic and gojet.

Put oil in a pan. Add onion and cook add garlic
- 3
Add tomatoes and continue cooking let the tomatoes cook till mashy
- 4
Add grated carrots,capcicum and gojet and stir for a minute
- 5
Add the precooked black beans and stir. Add water and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Garnish with coriander, remove from fire and serve
