Ingredients

6-7 servings
  • 2 cupMilk powder
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 spoonBaking powder
  • 1/2 spoonCardamom paste/powder
  • Pinchgreen Food color
  • 2 spoonOil
  • Pinchsafron
  • For syrup
  • 1 kgmilk
  • Sugar as per taste
  • 1/4 spoonCardamom paste
  • Safron (optional)
  • 1/2 spoonKewra
  • Garnishing
  • Dry fruits
  • Nuts
  • Cardamom

Steps

  1. 1

    On the other hand boil 1 kg milk with sugar, Cardamom powder, safron and Kewra.

  2. 2

    Make small size balls of that kneaded dough

    When milk boiled then gradually add the balls in it and boil for 4-5 minutus on high flame

    After 4-5 minutes turn low the flame for 2 minutes. Now take them carefully in a pan

    Garnish it as per your choice and enjoy the Cardamom rasmlai....
