Onion paratha

Take a bowl. Add wheat flour, salt, and ghee into it. Mix it well. Then add some water and make a dough. Let it rest for 10 mins.

Meanwhile take onions green chilli and chop them finely.

Add red chilli powder and salt into it and mix everything well.

Take a medium size dough ball and roll it into 3 -4 inches.

Add the onion mixture in Center. Bring all the edges of the roti together and make a round ball.

Sprinkle some dry wheat flour on it and gently roll it.

Then take a pan. Heat it up and place the paratha on it. Cook it from both sides. Then spread some oil on it. Roast it nicely.

Onion paratha is ready. You can have it with some chilled curd or with a cup of tea.
