Method:
Green Chutney
-------------------Mint Leaves 1 cup
Corriander Leaves 1 cup
Green Chilies 5-6
Roasted Cumin 1 tablespoon
Black Salt 1 teaspoon
Imli Pulp 1 tablespoon
Blend them all. - 2
Imli Chuttney:
------------------
Imli Pulp 1 cup
Raw Sugar / Brown Sugar ½ cup
Black Salt ½ teaspoon
Roasted Cumin 1 teaspoon
Dry Ginger ½ teaspoon (I used fresh ginger chunks)
Cook for 20 mins. Blend. - 3
Sweetened Yoghurt:

Yoghurt 1 cup
Powdered Sugar 4 tablespoons
Whip and set aside. - 4
Assembly Method:
In a dish, layer boiled chickpeas.
Sprinkle roasted and crushed cumin + red chilli flakes. Mix.
Pour the sweetened yoghurt. - 5
Now pour some of the imli chutney and green chutney according to your taste buds..This is the first layer so dont put too much.

Add onions, potatoes and tomatoes.
Now sprinkle chaat masala.
Pour the sweetened yoghurt.
More imli chutney and green chutney
Add onions, tomatoes and finally papri.
Finish it with chaat masala and roasted and crushed cumin and chilli flakes and last papri. Enjoy chatpati yummy chana chaat 😍
