  1. 3par boiled potatoes cut lengthwise
  2. 1 tspDry coriander powder
  3. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspgaram masala
  6. 3/4 salt salt
  7. 4 tspbesan
  8. To tasteChaat masala to sprinkle
  9. as neededOil for frying

    Cut par boiled potatoes lengthwise

    Mix all the spices with potatoes.

    Now add besan and mix again nicely.keep aside for 15mins.

    Deep fry in oil,sprinkle some chaat masala and serve hot !
