Lightly coat chicken with paprika and salt and set aside

On a pan on high heat sear both chicken breasts. Set aside and chop into bite size cubes

On the same pan. Fry onions garlic and ginger till aromatic. Add all the herbs and spices and cook stirring for 5min. Add the tomato puree and cool covered for 5-7min. Add in the yoghurt stir and 2min later add the chicken pieces. Cook on medium heat for 10min. Checking it doesn't stick. Add the green onions to garnish and switch off the heat.

Serve hot over rice
